Something isn’t quite right…

You are more irritable with your family or friends (even though they are the people you love the most). You have enough money (even if you never feel like you do). You have friends (but still feel lonely). You have done so much with your life (but it still doesn’t feel like it’s enough). You’re STILL having trouble with your partner (but you’ve REALLY been trying to be better).

These contrasting feelings leave you feeling unfulfilled, empty, frustrated, aimless, lost, and tired. Worse, you feel guilty for those feelings because you have it better than so many others.

You’ve read the self-help books, and maybe you even meditate or do yoga or have been to therapy before.

These things seem to help for a little while, but something is still…off.

The problem with a lot of therapy or self-help…

…is that it focuses on people as the problem. It says you need to fix you or something you do (time management, attention, anger, conflict, anxiety, depression). The trouble with this method is that once the “problem” is gone, a new one seems like take its place - or maybe the old issue comes back 6 months later.

This is because the issue actually lies deep within. No, you are not a hopelessly broken human. We are all constantly bombarded with pushes and pulls of the world and sometimes incongruent messages take root. This pulls us off our true path and leads us to spend energy in ways that don’t serve us. These shifts are so small that you one day you can look up and realize you have no idea where your path is or how to get back there.

We can work together…

…to help you identify what sticky briars led you off your path. Once you’ve weeded out what’s yours and what’s not, we’ll get you reoriented to your guiding stars (values) which will assist you in getting back to your true self/path. When you’re back on track, you’ll be better equipped to deal with internal and external conflicts and you’ll find answers you never knew you had.

Life choices flow naturally when priorities are clearly set.

Once you know what is important to you have the skills to align your life with those values, you will have a sense of direction and purpose, even in difficult times.
